Bought Samsung S 20 FE 5g on 18th June from Samsung website. Mobile was not charging from day 1 properly. Bought fast charger from Samsung website & issue was not resolved. Called samsung number of times, did chatting & when it was beyond doubt that it is hardware issue went to service centre . They demanded Rs 1500 to check the phone though is was barely 15 days old. Bought a wireless charger meanwhile to manage. I made complaint again to samsung as per the hierarchy given in the web site, from service contact to head service to CEO. I demonstrated the issue to service center at Aundh Pune & reference number is [protected] dated 7th July. They acknowledged that there is some issue in charging port & they are waiting for spares. I received 2 calls from 2 different persons & at least 10 mails with different reference numbers since I started making complaint. I gave feedback on service too. Thee status today is:
1) I have no idea when I will get my repaired phone. I should actually get replacement
2) No response from service head, CEO
What is appalling is response to the flagship product quality issue is so bad. I regret having bought the phone . I got carried away to have " Samsung world " in products across pad & watch. # # #samsunggalaxy Was this information helpful? |
