My new phone which is still under warranty (6months since i bought it), started gettign charing point problem. I was in lucknow so i got it repaired from samsung Authorised service center. It worked for 3 weeks and again same problem. That time i was in Pune so got repaired from Pune Samsubg Authorised Service Center, Req no. [protected]. After this now again the charging stoped working. I have raised a request to samaing customer care to replace this phone with new one or give me refund so i can purchase same brand anothe phone.
The reason being i have faced this charging point problem multiple times and like this the warranty period will pass and after wareanty i have to pay to get the defective piece repaired. This is a defective piece, the service center told me and they wil only repair. If they are agreeing it is also defective piece then why should i face the problem. in times of emergency needs the phone stops charging.
My request to this forum is to please help me to get my phone eithee replaced or amount refunded. Was this information helpful? |
