I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my Samsung fully automatic washing machine, which I purchased on March 27, 2023.
Unfortunately, within just two years o[censored]sage, the machine has caused us repeated inconvenience due to frequent malfunctions.
Despite several service calls and repeated part replacements, the machine continues to show problems. Each time your service team visits, parts are changed, but the issues resurface again after a short period. This has not only caused unnecessary expenses but also a great deal of frustration for my family.
What is more disappointing is the lack of proper cooperation and support from the service team. Instead of providing a lasting solution or considering replacement of the faulty unit, we are left with temporary fixes that do not resolve the core issue.
I request you to kindly take immediate and appropriate action on this matter. Specifically, I urge Samsung to either:
Provide a permanent repair solution for the machine without additional cost, or
Arrange for a replacement unit as the machine appears to be defective beyond reasonable repair.
Please treat this as an urgent complaint. I hope for a positive and timely resolution; otherwise, I may be forced to escalate this matter through consumer forums and legal channels.
I trust Samsung values its customers and will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly.
