My name is Lalit Kumar, I purchased Samsung AC 1.5 Ton Model # AR18BY3ZAPGNNA on 19 Mar 22,
Below are the multiple issues in 1 month of purchase of Samsung product:
Initial AC was delivered same model, installed but after all process done AC was faulty and not working, so returned and installed another one.
In another installed AC we have a certain issue like not efficient in cooling, sound issue and very important bad and worst smell. Complaint has been raised twice but not resolution.
While diagnosing by the technician we realize that 2 blower fans are already damaged, this is what Samsung is known for.
Very disappointing with Samsung
Issues has already been raised several times and this is my 3rd complaint in just 1 month of purchasing Samsung product, I had a very faith on Samsung product due to its durability and trust as it’s a
renowned name/ brand name.
Afterall it’s our hard-earned money.
Please provide me a resolution, waiting for your positive response.
I realize its all myth, one of the worst and bad experience I ever had, I would never go for Samsung product ever again.
