I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from one of the Electronics Mart showroom on 07/04/2024. The refrigerator is less than 2 years old where this is the third instance of the compressor going bad & needed replacement. Product details: Product: Samsung refrigerator Model name/number: RT56C637SBS/TL Serial number: 0LJB4DBX200198W Invoice/bill number:[protected] Date of purchase: 07/04/2024 Store location: Electronics Mart, West Delhi (Jail Road) Since 12th Feb'2025, the refrigerator is not cooling at all in both fridge and freezer sections, the complaint was raised on the same day, however, no resolution has been provided so far (already been 6 days & counting). On chasing, the timeline keeps on changing stating the spare part has not been released from Samsung, causing the delay. This problem has caused significant inconvenience, including food spoilage and repeated interruptions to daily use. Despite basic troubleshooting and proper usage as per the user manual, the issue persists. In view of the above, I request you to kindly treat this as an urgent complaint and assist with the replacement of the refrigerator as it seems to be defective that cannot be reliably repaired.
