I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22+ on[protected] on Flipkart. Today on[protected], the phone is totally dead all of a sudden and i am without important data of my phone. We have tried to contact Samsung customer and service center and there is No any help from them. I am totally frustrated after purchasing this phone for 60, 028/- and currently have no access to my phone and very important business data in it. As a customer i am totally clueless as to what i can do about this and who i can contact.
The customer service center says that once the phone is opened it will not be in its original state any more and that there is chances of total data loss.
As customer after paying such a huge amount for the phone i stand at risk of data loss without misusing the phone. What justice does samsung do by making such products where customers data is not safe even after paying 60, 000/- rupees. Was this information helpful? |
