I, Manoj Patel, my mobile number - [protected] and my complaint request number - [protected], would like to mention that Samsung services have poor customer responses.Since last week I have registered a complaint regarding my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 phone of 1.5 lakhs yet no response.
My screen has dark pixels, otherwise it has no damage within. Now the customer service care is telling the cost of its repairing 50000/-. This is costing me nearly 2 lakhs for my phone in 1year time span.
Further if it would be a replacement of any part then that would be viable, but this costs me far more expensive than the original phone. Adding to this I haven't finished paying my installment.
Hoping to receive some calculative response from your side.
