Sir i had submitted for screen replacement on 2 may 2022 service centre first of all charged me rs 180 for inspection then asked for screen replacement for 4800 i said ok do it . after submitting phone they told me that your charging slot is not working
then they said you may be using unbranded charger i said i had original charger and just 1 hour ago i fully charged my phone how come service centre is telling me to add 700 rupees for charger
this is very bad either samsung should rectify this or i am going to register to consumer court for doing fraud with customeer and phone was also in warranty just 8 month old
