Respected sir, On 20th August 2021 a man, name Abhay from Samsung company Jalandhar came to fix my machine who took ₹4500 from me. He only exchanged two parts in my washing machine. The rest, which he has written in the bill, has not happened, for that third part he has taken money from me by adding extra.he only exchanged two part i.e, Dc69 06311F valve and
PCB DC69 01673L
He added extra Dc97 19182 A pulsator on bill which he sended me on watsapp only have no signature of him and mine too.
When I asked about the hardcopy of bill, he said that he had forgotten the book of the bill. He will come later and give it to me.I called him three to four times but there was no response from him.I also called customer care two or three times, they assured that your work will be done but it is not done yet.i want the hardcopy of bill only with signature.What's wrong with this and I am not getting any response?
When we start trusting in a company, then such negligence destroys our trust.This brings disrepute to the company and we do not trust any more. This amount is too much for me.You are requested to take this complaint of mine and help me to give my bill.🙏
