[Resolved] Samsung — Fraud company | |||
From the last 15 days, i am writing mails to samsung. No one is receiving calls, not replying me back on email or facebook. They have done a fraud with me, my phone is under warranty and it was being damaged by their service centre, still i paid them 8000 for the repair. Now they are asking for more 10, 000. I have spent total 40, 000 on this phone and now they are charging me more 10, 000. The same handset comes for 24, 000 currently in the market. When i wrote several emails and tried to contact them, they are not receiving my calls, not replying to my emails. Samsung is ignoring all my communication openly thinking that i won't be able to do anything. Was this information helpful? | |||
