I purchased Samsung Frame TV 55inch from the Dealer Samsung Plaza Green Planet, Ramphal Chowk Dwarka sector 7 on 27th October 2021, while purchsing I was told that I will gert a power bank and TV bezzel within 7 days time, since then I have been following up with the dealers, after getting no response I lodged a complaint to the CEO mail on samsung site through this link https://www.samsung.com/in/support/email-the-ceo/ but recieved no revert, then from 25th Dec. 21 onwards I started making twitter tags to the Samsung but didnt recv. any revert yet. hence I request you to please help. if the sales are all Fake, I wonder what kind of service will they offer when it comes to rerpair of the goods purchased. Please help me in getting my money refund from these frauds.
The complaint has been registered on consumer helpline vide docket no, 3197568, and look at the audacity of your team, all fake revert has been updated on the same? No calls no communication from samsung and your team has mentioned that the customer has accepted the offer??
