Samsung — Fraudulent billing offers | |||
I'm Col RohitJohar, serving Indian armyofficer. My fater, Brig Ashok Johar, a retired veteran and my brotherMr Rajat Johar had bought 2 Samsung LED tvs, 55", one being model no. QA55QN90AAKLX from Suraj business Pvt. Ltd., an authorised samsung dealer located at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017 in July 2021.The billing was split part of it reflected as purchase of a tab. Assurances were given of providing a samsung mobile with 1 tv and 5000 reward points with the other tv. Both the above offers were false with neither the samsung phone or the reward points being given. These assurances were given by your sales rep of samsung present in the dealership. Inspite of repeatedly approaching the dealership ms. Sooraj Pvt Ltd and representatives from samsung arriving at my father's residence at H 407, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017 and assuring of refund of cashbacks/ reward points and resolution of both these cases at the earliest, nothing has transpired. I would like to apprise the authorities at samsung of fraudulent procedures being undertaken by Sooraj Pvt Ltd to lure customers for immediate gains and subsequently not entertaining the customers when approached.
