Samsung Team,
With huge disappointment, I am writing this note and I hope you will take prompt action.
I am using a RF50K5910SL refrigerator purchased in October 2017 via a dealer. The compressor has become faulty thereby it has stopped cooling now.
Given Compressor comes with a 10 years warranty, the team is asking for the bill copy which is misplaced and unable to get it from the dealer as well due to lockdown.
Thus, my ask to Samsung India team is do they want their customer to continue suffer and disown the warranty that they broadcast in absence of a bill while entire appliance is present in front of them.
We consumers are already suffering from ongoing pandemic and lockdown and such bureaucratic rules created by Samsung is creating additional pain to the consumers.
My humble request you to kindly consider this compliant and provide the compressor replacement as soon as possible.
