Samsung Fridge — overcharged for gas refilling | |||
Under warranty period of compressor it not operated. Your service person checked the compressor and told it faulty. Then they replaced new compressor under free of cost but they claims gas refilling charge of Rs 2500/_ . now I enquired everywhere somebody telling gas refilling also under free of cost and some body paid less than Rs 1250/_ why service person charged place to place different amount. My Samsung's complaint no: [protected], service order no:[protected], serviced agency: MURUGAN service centre. Cuddalore.ph.no:[protected], [protected](authorized Samsung agency) date:15/06/2015.
