I had purchased this product last month and from the 1st day it is causing the same problem & i have complaint about this from the very first day when the demo and installation was done. The person one after the other comes for inspection and yet nothing happens, i am fully fed up from calling customer care who suggest me useless ways which is quiet irritating. I want my product to be replace as soon as possible because i haven't payed for the defective product. if still no action is taken then i had to go to consumer forum for the complaint purpose. Oct 19, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved they have repaired the machine but it would have taken them one month to solve such a simple issue which is pitty for a brand like samsung | |||
