I bought a samung Washing Machine front load in 2015.
The machine stopped spinning, I called the Samsung service centre, The technician came and said - the drum needs to be replaced. The technician also said that he will send a quote for the Drum replacement.
Its almost a month - i didn't any reply from them. I again called the call centre - they now say that the spare parts are not available at all.
my question is - why it took a month for them to tell me this.
The washing machine has a 10 year motor warranty- so the company has to provide spare parts to at least 10 years.
i had to call the company multiple tile - they talk irresponsibly.
