I am a college student,
I bought this Galaxy Book 4 360 on 12/6/2024 from my nearby Samsung store ( Varun Smart Plaza).

After 10 days on 22/6/2024, I found a crack on the laptop screen at the edge due to its very thin screen flexibility, after this incident I immediately contacted the customer care of Samsung, and they forward the repair request to the technical team. After 30 minutes they reply me on WhatsApp I told the entire scene to them and sent the cracked screen photos.
After some time I found another large crack over the screen due to that edge crack that I talked about above. In the first photo that I sent to them, there was only one crack after some time I sent the photo
again with both the cracks (This is the proof that the second crack happened after some time).
Along with this problem, there was another problem of screen fluctuation while using the laptop. I have the video proofs of these problems.
On Monday 24/6/2024 they reply me and asked for the bill and I sent the bill. They told me "We raised this problem to the techinal team"

Today 25/6/2024 Samsung service reply me that this damage is not considered under warranty as per their rules.
They completely ignore this problem and say that if you want to repair you should pay Rs/- 25000.
# 25000 rupees is not a joke for middle-class person
Q. WHAT IS WANT FROM SAMSUNG?
ANS. I want to repair for change my screen and resolve these issues as soon as possible.
