[Resolved] Samsung — Galaxy Buds Live Offer Scam

The Galaxy Buds Live were available for 499/= if purchased together with Samsung Galaxy A73. The offer was valid on 14th September 2022. I added both the phone and Buds to cart and made full payment via credit card. On checkout page it showed estimated delivery day of 19th September for both the products. I received the phone on 17th September 2022 but i am still waiting for the Buds to be shipped. Samsung support hasn't been really helpful, They either escalate the issue to the concerned team or say the issue shall be resolved with highest priority. It is going to be a month now and i really feel that i have been scammed at this point. I made full payment for the phone(40, 000/=) aprox. and buds( 499/=). Was this information helpful?
