There are multiple users facing ear related health hazard due to prolonged use of Galaxy Buds Pro.
Users have reported facing ear inflammation, watery discharge from ear due to use of these earbuds.
I have been using these earbuds for 10+ months and have faced similar issues.

I reported the same Samsung Members application. The support team requested me to visit the Service Centre.
I visited the Service Centre on 12th March 2022 with my Earbuds, where Mr. Maurya asked me to speak Samsung Customer support over a call.
After a 30+min long discussion with Mr. Maurya, Sahil Bakshi/Sahil Sharma from Samsung Customer support, assured me that I will receive a call from Samsung escalation POC for my issue within 24hrs.
I waited for 48hrs before getting in touch with Samsung Customer support on 15th March 2022.
On 15th March 2022, my call was received by Ms. Richa.
She confirmed that there is no call back request logged by Sahil Bakshi/Sahil Sharma on 12th March 2022.
Again i had to spend over 25+mins to explain the exact issue to Ms. Richa who ridiculed about my issue. Her attitude was out of place and lacked basic empathy towards customer problem.
After waiting for 40mins I got a chance to speak to her supervisor Mr Vishal. Vishal was no less than Richa. He spoke in his typical Delhiite tone. There was aggression in each word which came out from his mouth.
Still there is no solution offered by Samsung in India. In the US a Class action has been filed Was this information helpful? |
