I purchased Samsung Galaxy M30s on 28th December 2019. On 17th February 2021 onwards I am facing issue as the device is greeting automatically switched off after every 2 mins. I approached Samsung authorised service Center in North Delhi and they updated the software by charging some amount. However a few hours later the problem continues and they informed that it’s a hardware issue and need to replace mother board which would cost 7300/- and that too with only 3 months warranty. I am surprised how a company like Samsung would fool their customers like this selling devices getting faulty immediately after the warranty period is over and then asking for a huge amount for repairs without any fault of customer. I request Samsung to get my phone repaired free of cost or at a very nominal price for service charges.
