Bought a new phone Galaxy S20+, put that on charger, without even inserting the sim, and it got heated up like hell. Doing the basic things is even heating the phone. Even while calling you can not touch the phone with you cheek and ear.
How can we expect such a pathetic response from such an expensive phone and brand SAMSUNG.
On the other hand, they are not even ready to replace it or refund. Such a bad service and response from Samsung service providers.
They have just looted the big amount of money from a middle class man which has not used the phone satisfactorily for even 1 hour.
Will never recommend this SAMSUNG company(any product) to anyone.
