I had purchased Galaxy watch 4 Classic Bluetooth on Oct 2021 and I was having Battery Drain issues from Day1. Unfortunately I was not able to inform this to customer care during that time because I was using smartwatch first time and there was some reports like this new model with google wear OS[Samsung Introduce wear OS in this model first time] have battery performance issues, which is also reported by many users in their forums as well as below

So, I thought of getting used to it and wait for few more software update from their end to see whether that fix the issue. But after three months o[censored]se it felt like the device is useless and wont serve its purpose which I spent around 28K rupees. I had to switch off all the smart features of a smartwatch to get some battery life and the battery starts drains. The battery drain even we kept the device in switched off state.
Then I have raised this with samsung customer care on January 2022 and asked for refund or replacement. They convinced me in a call to submit the device to samsung customer service center for checking battery health issues physically and they agreed on the call that, if they found any issue as I claimed, then they will process replacement/refund.
I have reached nearest customer service center on Januray at Kottarakkara, but they updated me to go Trivandrum center as they don't have the equipment to check this device. I had to travel 60KM to reach there thus I had to wait for a month to plan to go there due to covid situations.
I have submitted my device on March 2022 to Trivandrum service center and they updated me after week like they have replaced battery and motherboard of the device.
So, the issue I was raising was genuine and they also confirmed by replacing the main parts. I asked customer service to process the refund/replacement as they agreed and I had the issue from Day 1 and I was unable to use the product which I spent 28000 till that time. But they denied it and asked me to collect the repaired product. Now it is like, I have DOA product for 28000ruppes which now got repaired by samsung. They should consider my case as special instead of saying the technical reasons on the refund/replacement policy and they should have considered the difficulties I had faced by purchasing their product. The interaction with customer service via email was also not good. They always sent careless response without checking past history of the issue.
I have the device with me now, I feel some improvements in battery, but still it is not upto the mark. I also see the skin of the silicon strap is getting peeled off.
Because of all these issues I have faced, I would like to request you to help me refund/replacement.
