Subject:- MY AC MODEL NUMBER(AR18BX4ZAWKN)’s Remote Wasn’t working.
Complete Elaboration of the whole scenario:- As my 5 in one Air conditioner’s remote got damaged I went to the Authorised Samsung service centre (address mentioned above)they had placed the order on 23rd of august and told me that the remote will come I just next two days, from then as of now 29th September 2024, inspite of the remote I got thousands of headache, uncountable scorching nights and yeah thousands of new excuses everyday, from 23rd of august I’m just listening to their rude behaviours, daily excuses of it’ll come today evening and tomorrow afternoon, I had spent litres of petrol for going to the service centres again and again
Now I don’t want the remote I’m burning my Unused 1 year old Air conditioner to ashes, I just want a proper and harsh actions against that bastards, i had tried reaching to Samsung via calls, emails and website service requests forms but they didn’t responded, if you’ll also don’t take any action I’ll go to the court.
At last I’ll just suggest you to buy Chinese local products but don’t try to buy Samsung cause it’s worst. Was this information helpful? |
