S22 ultra Motherboard corrupted

The phone is just 15 months old and while talking on a call the phone randomly, out of no where blanked out. The black screen was persistent even when we were trying to switch it on. When we immediately showed the problem to samsung service center, they said it is a motherboard issue, it is corrupted. Samsung Issue with refund coupon

I purchased Samsung S23 Ultra mobile offline.I got Motherboard issue so i submitted phone on 07th April 2023 but they told me that only solution is motherboard replaced. but i dont want to repair my mobile aftwer so many request after 15 days or harasment they provied me service refund coupon but many samsung store told me that they are not accepet my coupon and in chroma stores coupon shows invalid i already return my phone to service center....

Refund not received

I have orderd a 43 inch TV from samsung shop app on 21st oct 2022. Then i canceled the order due to delay in delivery on 23rd Oct 2022.

Now its nov 3rd and i haven't received the refund.

Samsung M31s freezing and restarting automatically.

Samsung m31s motherboard issue due to company fault

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in August 2020 just after the official release date of this model, ie 2020 July 30 which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. Samsung M31 auto-restarting again and again

I bought Samsung M31 in August 2020. I have been facing this auto-restart problem for three days. I visited the Samsung Service center where I was asked to pay 7/8k as they said the motherboard needs to be changed, and that it is a problem from Samsung's side only. They said they are hearing this problem daily and in frequent amounts.
