I have sent an Email to support.[protected]@smasung.com, servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com, and [protected]@samsung.com. But nobody replied to the email. Is the service you are providing?

I have called customer care and the details are as follows:

Dear Officer,

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the Samsung 55-inch TV (Order ID:[protected] that I purchased from Amazon in July 2023. The TV functioned well until 7 November 2024, when the video stopped working, although the audio remained functional.

I contacted customer care on 8 November 2024 and was initially informed that the panel would be replaced at no charge. However, a Samsung service representative later stated that I would need to pay ₹1416. Despite raising a complaint about this discrepancy, I received conflicting information from various customer care representatives.

Today, when the service team arrived to repair the TV, they informed me that I had to pay the amount. I called customer care around 1:20 PM, and was told that I did not need to pay. The customer care representative then spoke with the service team, but I was subsequently informed by the service center that I needed to pay ₹1700+. Then I lost, what was happening there. After a 15-20 minute wait, I was able to speak with a senior manager, Manoj Kumar, who insisted that I had to pay ₹1500+GST, repeating the same information until 2:50 PM.

Finally, out of frustration, I informed them that I no longer trust customer care since each representative provided a different version of the information. I expressed that I do not want a product that is only reliable for one year after paying a significant amount for it. I requested that this message be conveyed to higher management. However, the customer care representative refused to document my complaint, stating that it would reflect poorly on his record. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and indicative of poor customer service, as he was not listening to my concerns and only reiterated his own version of events.

This series of conflicting and frustrating interactions has led me to lose trust in the customer care process. Given this experience, I no longer wish to keep the TV and request a full refund. After all this frustration with Samsung's high-end TV, which has not been tested properly and only works for one year, I have decided to return it and need my money back. Please provide the process for returning the TV and obtaining my refund.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I paid a lot of money, but I got the wrong product. I don't know if the product is correct or if there is some fault.

I need my money back

    Dear Sir / Madam
    I would like to draw your kind attention regarding illegal restrictive trade practices, which includes illegal taxation also, by a very renowned brand & company of the world i.e. Samsung India Electronic Pvt. Limited.
    I have bought a Samsung A 35 mobile from its official web application SAMSUNG Shop whereon Samsung itself sale its products. After all, discounts I paid net amount of Rs. 27, 999/- to SAMSUNG which includes GST amount. The same was also reflected to me on the application while confirming the order by the Samsung, screenshot of which is attached herewith as Annexure “I” for kind information and perusal. The bank Statement of Credit Card depicting payment of Rs.27, 999/- is also attached herewith Annexure “II”
    I was shocked to see the invoice received along with the mobile which depicts invoiced amount as Rs. 32, 999/- after discount of Rs. 1, 000 . accordingly, I contacted Samsung inter-alia regarding correct bill with correct GST amount, in line with payment made by me i.e. 27, 999/-, as the bill issued by Samsung was inflated, illegal, false and wrong. I tried my best through number of mails and discussion with representatives of executives from 10.08.2024 till 02.10.2024 but in vein, they conveyed me that it is as per their internal policy and it prevails upon land of the land including taxation laws of India. The invoice no. Invoice Number: Z9NJI4077998 Invoice dated: 08.08.2024 is also attached herewith as Annexure “III” for perusal and investigation.
    The above facts raises not only reasonable doubt but establishes conclusive proof that the Invoice amount and GST amount both are false, wrongly shown and accounted in invoice and resultantly in books of accounts also, as such there must be big scam of huge amounts keeping in view the size of sale of Samsung in whole India and way of invoicing and charging GST on all of their products.
    Apart from above the colour of the mobile was not as per description on Samsung shop they mentioned Awesome Lilac colour which depicts multi multi colours reflecting rainbow like color in photo whereas real product is plain purple which is misleading, cheating and concealment of substance facts forbidden by law. The pictures of the mobile A35 awesome lilac is attached herewith as annexure IV and picture of real mobile is annexed as Annexure V .
    It is shocking that SAMSUNG like company is indulge in such type of practices of misleading about colors, there is not color such as AWESOME LILAC, they are selling Light Purple color in name of lilac pretending as multi rainbow color which is illegal as per Indian Consumer and other Laws.

    Despite of all efforts for about more than 2 months without using mobile, they never return the product nor refund the money . their bad intent is clear that they intentionally don’t give option of return the product on their online shop like other shopping website like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
    In view of the above you are requested for arrange return of mobile and needful along with compensation for mental agonies, harassment, wastage of time and energy, at earliest for justice to helpless consumer before big brands misusing their monopolistic position..

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, which I purchased based on the advertised water resistance capabilities. My concern lies with the significant discrepancy between the marketed features of the device and its actual performance in water-related conditions.

      When I purchased the Galaxy S23 Ultra, one of the key selling points was its advertised IP68 water resistance rating, which suggests that the device should be able to withstand submersion in water up to a certain depth and duration. However, after dropping the phone in water for 40 seconds. my device experienced noticeable issues such as malfunction such as screen flickering, failure to charge, audio issues, display issues, charging port issues. When I take it multiple service centers available in my location, they did not give me proper issue details which hurts me more with their service.

      Given that the IP68 rating is supposed to ensure the phone is resistant to water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes, I find it highly disappointing that my device failed to meet these expectations under relatively ordinary circumstances. This is a clear case of misleading marketing, as the phone's performance under water did not align with the promises made by Samsung.

      As a loyal customer of Samsung for many years, I am extremely disappointed in this experience. I trusted Samsung's brand to deliver high-quality products, and I feel let down by this false promise of water resistance. I would like to request the following:

      A full investigation into the performance of my Galaxy S23 Ultra concerning its water resistance claims.
      Either a repair or replacement of my device, as it appears to be defective in meeting the advertised specifications.
      A public clarification from Samsung regarding the actual water resistance capabilities of the Galaxy S23 Ultra to ensure that other customers are not misled in the future.
      I expect a prompt response to this matter and look forward to a resolution. If I do not hear back from Samsung within 3-5 business days, I will consider pursuing further action through consumer protection channels

        I brought new TV (55 Inch) on 02.07.2024, soon after a month the display got blurred and complaint raised on replacement the TV, but the changed the display and returned and on this again the display was changing dull and bright with light lines on the screen.
        With high expectation i had gone for Samsung brand, instead of SONY, but surprising to me on repeated complaints.
        Please replace with New TV

          I purchased a samsung refrigerator back in 2019. Now for last 3 months it is constantly showing an error "84 C" So I contacted samsung to sort out this issue they changed the fan but the issue was not sorted despite multiple visits by their incompetent engineers. Moreover, after their 2nd visit the refrigerator was also not able to maintain the necessary temprature despite remaining turned on for a whole day. Bow after being unable to diagnose the problem now the company claims that I have taken assistance from a local engineer which led to the problem. This statement is totally false. Now, they are not even providing me the solution nor they are paying me for the damages instead telling me that it's my fault

            Since some days my Samsung N4310 series LED tv's screen is not reflecting and for the same I have lodged a repair request. Engineer, who was visited today and informed us after seeing the TV parts that the picture tube is gone. it needs to be replaced and cost around Rs. 9500/-. I am surprised by hearing this. In just 4years the TV of Samsung company, a brand image got damaged. It is very unfortunate how this type of things happens. I have purchased the TV by spending at about Rs. 20, 000/- and now the engineer is saying to pay Rs. 9500/- [approx.], if we want repair. Please lodge a complaint regarding the early damage of the TV screen and take necessary steps so that the same can be repaired / replaced without any heavy cost.

              Hi Sirs,
              I am writing to you w.r.t my service request #[protected] where my television display stopped working suddenly for no reason.
              I have been waiting patiently for the last few days and have dealt with delays respectfully holding Samsung in the highest regards.
              Unfortunately, I have now received a call from the Kharghar (Navi Mumbai - 410210) Service Center executive Akash telling me that the company is unable to procure the required part to repair my television and is unable to provide an ETA for the same.
              What I am being offered in return is coupons at a depreciation of 33% !!!
              I have no desire to get a single rupee extra from Samsung, I also acknowledge that I have used the TV for 2+ years. However, my TV is in fact in warranty and should be repaired. If the company is unable to do so, then I should get a replacement television of the same value.
              I have also been told that no written communication with regards to the above can be provided to me, which is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer of the republic of India.
              I request you humbly, to please look into this with utmost urgency as television is an important source of entertainment for my family.
              I would also like to mention that until the moment I received the call from the Kharghar service center, I and my family have been loyal customers of Samsung owing to high quality and customer standards.
              As of this moment, we own
              Samsung's first LED TV ( 2 qty) purchased in 2008 from CSD
              2 Samsung AC (1 tonne) purchased in 2008 from CSD
              1 Samsung AC ( 1.5 tonne) purchased in 2008 from CSD
              1 QLED tv ( the television being discussed) purchased in 2021
              All that has changed now, albeit unfortunately and how this issue is tackled will impact how we as a family will remember and think of Samsung when it comes to products.

                I am sure you would be happy that customers like me are willing to spend almost 2 lakhs in the grab fest sale and was excited to wait for the sale..
                But now I am feeling cheated and struggling to get quality support for which Samsung is known for.

                I purchased and ordered for S24 Ultra and Ultra Watch, and now when I place same order again it shows free charger. It just took 1 day to show this change and I don't think it's my fault, but more of a cheating customer.

                It is not my fault that after placing the order I kept getting server error and had to call up customer care lot of times, the same can also be seen from how I had to cancel my orders, and then place a final one. This entire experience stopped me from opting for a desired color and even changing the same within 2 hours. All I have been doing it talking to customer reps who are as usual passing bucks. It seems there's no respect for hard earned money.

                I am requesting your support with two things now - Changing the Ultra Watch Color from Silver to Gray and also Getting Charger which is showing as free now if we place the same order, I am attaching screenshot for your reference. As I am writing to you, the watch is still not shipped.

                  I visited Service centre MP nagar Bhopal with Samsung Mobile model SM-A346ELVCINS Sr No RZCWC0C3V4A as mobile was not charging.
                  as mobile was in warranty peroid and it was not charging due to internal problem old parts donit have any moisture or damaged, and they were not willing to repair the circuit and charged Rs 1216 and issued E receipt [protected] dated 23/09/2024.
                  my issue is within warranty period they should not charge the amount and they should refund the amount.

                    I am constantly hindered and affected by Hinge issue in my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 1TB edition. It was purchased on 11.11.2023 and before even my warranty expired, i had got the hinge getting stuck problem twice. And now again within few months, it again has the same issue. The Fold doesn't open fully and gets stuck while opening. This is really frustrating when we spend almost 1.75 lakhs on such a bad quality mobile.

                    I have always been a Samsung Loyal Customer and hence you can see that i bought the only edition of phone which is available on corporate website. I have even advertised the corporate portal to so many people. However, time and again, i have been let down by my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4. The phones i have had has always been handled with care, and you can see no physical damages on the phone whatsoever. I proved that last time also when i submitted 2nd time. With such issues, i am pretty sure your competitors would have considered this one of a case and would have offered me a new mobile replacement or even a better voucher to upgrade myself to latest offerings.

                    But i am deeply hurt that i am supposed to go through this issue for the third time in less than 2 years of purchase.

                    I hope looking at my loyalty and the problems i am going through with this particular problem in my Fold 4, you would give me a fair solution for this unfair problem.

                        I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Z flip3 mobile on feb.2022, and recently green line observed on screen, as there is no any damage or scratched on mobile and it is ok, all of sudden green line observed. Since problem occured, I have continue in touch with Samsung service center/Samsung customer care and whatsapp chat, but from everywhere reply is my phone warranty is over and can't help. This is answer from Brand like samsung. I have made job sheet for complaint, but after diagnosis, service center person says, need to change display which cost Rs.32k which is not acceptable and affordable to me, as its technical problem from samsung that green line observed suddenly.

                        My question is why should I pay if its samsung technical problem.??

                          I bought this brand new flip 6 phone on 20/07/2024. suddenly yesterday the phone display stopped working. when i called the store they told me to go lamington road. i went there an met the manger Mr. Krishna said we can give you a phone on stand by and repair this.
                          my point is if i am buying a phone which is barely a month old and worth over lakh rupee...why should i have to repair within a month which means there is genuinely some problem or glitch with the phone.
                          i called the service Centre and spoke to a girl named pooja and said please refund to which she said its not possible...i said at least give a replacement and she said not possible...
                          A company like SAMSUNG this is not expected...not when the client is paying so much money...how can i use a repaired phone in one month...it will definitely not last for more than a year and after a year they will say no warranty also

                          Is it worth paying for Samsung if this is how the customer service is?

                            My washing machine was sent for repair to the workshop after changing some parts at home cause the machine was not working even after change of part .On complaning the case was forwarded to their Headoffice and the Headoffice person was suppose to call the next day .He did call on 29 August 2024 and said will look into the matter and get back to you tomorrow I.e.30.8.24. Received a call today afternoon but was missed by me as I was in a meeting .called service centre and they said will get a call in an hour .After 3 hours I called again as received no call and requested them to sent my washing machine back .no response .It is such a big company and they are just jarring the customers by changing parts after parts as we have no knowledge wht is wrong with the machine .Ever time they send a different engineer and each engineer says a new part is faulty .three engineers had visited for my machine and 3 had different solution and. Each changed three different parts .Please look into the matter and resolve it .My machine first complain was main on 10.8.24

                              We recently bought a 1.5-ton Samsung air conditioner from Kanchanjanga Refrigeration in Alipurduar city, West Bengal. After installing it in our home at Santalabari Bast, Buxa Hill Forest, we noticed that the indoor unit was making loud noises when releasing cold air. We contacted Samsung India's helpline four times, and each time we were assured that a technician would visit. However, the first technician refused to come because he was located far away in Cooch Bihar. The second technician, from Birpara, was also too far from our location. The third technician, also from Cooch Bihar, didn't show up at all. Finally, the fourth technician arrived but refused to perform any checks or tests, claiming that our location was not covered under his service area. When we reported this to Samsung, they asked us to call the helpline again as they couldn't escalate the issue. It's frustrating to receive such after-sales service from a reputed brand, and we're unsure of what to do next.

                                Hello Everyone,

                                We bought an 75 inch Samsung Tv (Model : UA75CU8000) on Sathya Agencies at Hosur. During the purchase the Sales Staaff, they marketed that for this TV, we will also get a Samsung 43 inch for Free ; Based on which we decided to buy the 75 inch TV. But till today (10.07.2024), we waiting for free since 6 Months and no proper response from the Sathyas team in Hosur.

                                This marketing offer of Free 43 Inch TV was also given by all their competitors during this time; Request to escalate this issue to the top level management (for this false marketing campaigns).

                                They just blame, Samsung is yet to send the Free TV and so on for six months !! Still they are stating the same..!!

                                  I purchased SAMSUNG A35 phone on 15 july 2024
                                  SAMSUNG is denying to return the phone. Its a manufacturing defect... there is a dot / air bubble at the back side of glass of the phone.
                                  SAMSUNG is adamant and they are not returning the phone even when there is a policy of 14 day return policy.
                                  M mental peace is hindered. I purchased a phone to use but i cannot use as the phone is also heating .. and as there is an air bubble... there can be a possibility that it could blast.
                                  But SAMSUNG is not taking any interest and refusing to return the phone.
                                  Please look into the matter as it is serious.

                                    Issue:
                                    I am experiencing with my Samsung S22, which I purchased in December 2022. The device is approximately 1.5 years old and has been maintained in pristine condition, with no physical damage or scratches.

                                    Recently, I have encountered an unexpected problem with the phone's display. A persistent green line has appeared on the screen, which was not caused by any known physical impact or damage. This issue began suddenly yesterday when I powered on the device. Prior to this, I had not updated the phone's software for over a year, but I have been consistently applying updates for the past two to three months.

                                    Upon conducting some searches, I discovered that this green line issue is not unique to my device; it appears to be a widespread problem affecting numerous users. This has raised concerns about a potential manufacturing or design flaw that may be impacting this model.

                                    I have already raised a service ticket with your team (Ticket No. [protected]) to address this matter. However, I have yet to receive a response or guidance on how to proceed. After this customer care executive called me and gave few tips

                                    As advised, I did a factory reset that didn't fix the issue, so I have been to one of the authorized service centers with my Samsung Galaxy S22, which I believe warrants your attention and assistance.

                                    Upon visiting the service center, the technicians conducted a detailed inspection of my device and confirmed that there is no physical damage. However, they suggested that the issue I am experiencing might be due to a recent software update. During this process, I was informed about a scheme for the Galaxy S22 Ultra, where customers are only required to pay for the labor charges in such cases. Unfortunately, this scheme does not extend to the Galaxy S22, and the service center staff were uncertain about any similar offerings for my model.

                                    This has led to a situation where I have been quoted a repair cost of 10, 700 INR, as detailed in the attached job sheet. Considering that my phone is just 1.5 years old and the fact that I purchased it for the full price of 67, 999 INR in December 2022—only to see its price drop to 37, 000 INR later—I am finding it difficult to justify the high repair cost for what appears to be a software-related issue.

                                    Therefore, I am reaching out to you with the following queries and requests:

                                    1. Could you please clarify why the labor-only charge scheme is exclusive to the S22 Ultra and not available for the S22, despite both being flagship models of the same series?
                                    2. Are there any plans to introduce a similar repair scheme for the Galaxy S22 that would help reduce the financial burden on customers like myself?
                                    3. Given that the issue may be related to a software update, what support can Samsung provide to address this problem?

                                    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the response I received regarding the recent malfunction of my device following a software update. Had the fault been due to my own actions, I would have willingly accepted the repair fee. However, it is evident that the issue stems from the software update itself.

                                    The current exchange value of the phone with a functioning screen is approximately 12, 000 INR, as per my recent checks two months back on Flipkart and Amazon for an upgrade to the S24. It is unreasonable to expect customers to pay nearly the same amount—11, 000 INR—for a screen repair caused by a mandatory update that was intended to enhance security.

                                    It is concerning that the product's reliability is in question, especially when updates are being pushed with assurances of improved security.

                                    Furthermore, I must reiterate the inconsistency in acknowledging the problem across different models. If the S22 Ultra has been recognized for having this issue, why has the S22 not received the same acknowledgment? I can share the pictures on my phone. I have been using it with utmost care as i said there is not even a scratch on my phone. Or you can ask the same service center professional who inspected the phone she has the pictures. As i said i have already spent 67K for a phone that is worth 37K now and 11K extra is too much.

                                    It is unacceptable for a flagship phone to become unusable within two years. I urge you to provide a solution that is fair and acknowledges the widespread nature of this problem. Either send an update that fixes this screen or replace my screen.

                                    I look forward to your prompt and professional resolution to this matter.

                                      Coupon issue

                                      I am writing to address an issue with the service refund coupon provided to me by the Samsung service center. I had purchased a Samsung S22 from Flipkart, which unfortunately had issues. As a resolution, the service center issued a refund coupon worth 36, 999 INR, which can only be used to purchase Samsung products.

                                      However, the coupon can only be redeemed at Samsung Plaza, where the S23 is available at MRP rates with no discounts....
