Samsung — Green lines on display

I bought this phone on 27/9/23 and the model is samsung s23. Now a line has appeared on its display after the latest update.

I have already visited one of your service centers in our locality and they informed me that there isn't any other physical damage to my phone.

I wish to replace my display free of cost as it is due to your software issue or else I will approach the customer court and take action regarding the matter and I expect a response within 24hrs.
