Hi Team,
This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator (Model: RR1914BCASE) on 21 March 2014.
From past 6 months & even more an unexpected sound is there. Too Logged the complaint via Samsung service center but the folks were unable to resolve the issue & went back only with the assurance.
Post that twice complaint was made but no one visited which made to raise the concern to the Executive Team with the hope that at least you will resolve the issue & help me with the repair of the friz.
Samsung sent their engineer & he confirmed that issue is non repairable & hence either friz to be replaced or complete amount to be refunded back to the customer.
Keeping the same in mind Samsung service team has completed the documentation & case was under review.
Post 7-8 days, I received the call from Amit (Samsung rep) who gave the option of product replacement with the new one but without warranty or to provide only 78% value of the product purchased.
I requested to at least extend the warranty so that if further any issue was found with product, same can be taken care.
Instead of assisting he clearly states request cannot be accommodated & no extend warranty to be provided?
He also shared that it was a favor to be made my Samsung that they are replacing the product otherwise such cases will not be entertained by them. It’s the customer who is responsible for any mishap post purchase.
I being the loyal customer of Samsung brand but now the recent issue, the non support received & negligence made by Samsung makes me to think twice before buying any Samsung product in near future.
Being the customer, I felt harassed as my hard earned money got ruined & even the product purchased was a defective & an irreparable one. When asked for assistance from Team Samsung post facing negligence & delay even due support was not provided
Recent incident has shattered me & forced me to log the complaint.
