Have recently purchased a crystal 4k TV from the Samsung Shop mobile app order #[protected]. This was a company purchase with a GST invoice being requested for. We provided the company name, gstin and propreitor details at the time of placing the order.
When we received the invoice from Savex it did not have the company name we provided instead was created under the first and last name which cannot be submitted for any gst claims as confirmed by our accountant.
I would have thought being a global mnc it would be an easy task to just email or call to get the invoice corrected however it just has been a long and frustrating journey for the last2-3 weeks. Email support for the app first emailed me the same invoice with no changes and later provided a point blank no with no explanation whatsoever. Phone support has also distanced it self with no support and have said we have already delivered and hence we cannot do anything. This is when we have been trying to contact everyone even before the TV was delivered and when we received the invoice. We even reached our to Savex but they are equally hopeless.
Reaching out to update others and ask Samsung india to update a customer invoice which was incorrectly raised in the first place. Was this information helpful? |
