Ordered a mobile phone through their Samsung.in website early august, havent been able to download a GST Invoice Soft copy from their website. multiple customer care tickets and mails are proving to be of no use. How can a registered company deny the GST invoice soft copy when they have shared the hard copy with the mobile purchase? It has been a month and no resolution is available. order no. [protected]

Updated by RG27 In case you plan to call me, please do not call for informing that the issue has been taken up with the concerned team and the concerned team will get back to me. I have only been hearing these kind of responses from your support team. I do not know what is stopping you from sharing the softcopy of the GST invoice to the customer? what laws are you trying to circumvent?
