Samsung — Handset touch screen not working | |
Sir,
My mobile is in warranty period. The touch screen is not working but the display was proper. I went to customer care center at Andheri east. They are telling me to pay 6500 Rs. for new touch screen and display. How can they charge me when the mobile is in warranty period, While receiving my mobile I found that even the display had gone now.I take utmost care while using my mobile and they are telling that water must have gone inside. This is completely wrong and Samsung Customer care are not responding properly.
Pl. help me by proving suitable repair free of cost. Else tell me if it is not possible the hence forth I'll never purchase or recommend any samsung mobile to anybody. I am literally frustrated by your customer care persons reply. Was this information helpful? | |

SHAME ON Samsung AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE. I got my mobile repaired outside by only paying simply Rs. 150/-.This clears my doubt that Samsung guys are incapable of giving correct service. They are simply cheaters.
