Sir/madam this is to bring to your notice regarding the problem in samsung duos modle s7262.Problems are it gets hangover and get off often i have this problem for past 6months.This was taken 24.4.2014.I took it to your service centre at annanagar 15days back the told it was spftware problem and took one hour to rectify the problem and told that here after i will not have this problem.But for the past iam getting the same problem .I request you to needful and change this mobile.Iam not at all satisifed with your service.Do the needful at the earliest.
