Hi,
I pre-booked a S20+ and got it on 6th March 2020.
I started facing issue after a week or so and Lock down occurred.
I contacted the support team during lock down but no response.
After the lock down lifted I contacted them and they picked up my phone from my place.
The phone had major issues like heating up too much like it's unbearable to hold in pocket aur in hands. Sudden switching off and lagging of phone. Charging took more than double time. Battery drained really fast.
Service center asked me to replace all the parts of the phone except the back glass. However, I was seriously going through due to this phone. I have used many phones in my life but never expected suffering this after investing the best a person could. This harassment has really impacted my personal and professional life.
It's been more than 2 months and that's how the Samsung is treating and harassing their top of the line users.
