Samsung — Harrasments by service center | |
Gave my mobile for repair at hazra service centre for some touch fault for which service centre replied that repair or part replacement will be done as its in warranty on 25 june 2020 after 15 or 20 days when i send my staff they said screen was broken so you will be charged for it i refused to pay as it was not broken from my side they said they will replace it free of cost and now they are regularly delaying is releasing phone. Every other day they are asking for a day time. I am attaching document issued by them. Was this information helpful? | |
