[Resolved] Samsung — Harrassment due to delay in solving the problem in warranty | |||
I am using front loading fully automatic washing machine which I purchased on 04.01.2013. My machine is in warranty period and on 22.09.2014 I registered a complaint about non working of machine with customer care. My complaint number is [protected]. My complaint could not be solved even after 30 days and they solved the problem only on 35th day i.e. on 27.10.2014 from the date of complaint. I repeatedly got in touch with customer care, head office in gurgaon and their service centre at noida. They were promising again and again but neither they solved my problem for 34 days nor they went for any commercial solution. This is very bad on part of samsung and such type of after sales service is certainly going to hit their customer base. My self was an esteemed customer of samsung and using their several products but by such type of harassment, they definitely loosed my faith and I am neither going to use/purchase any product from them in future nor going to suggest any one for their product. I am considering to file a complain with consumer forum against such harassment by samsung. I am shocked to see that with such type of after sales service samsung is competing with other brands which have far better customer service than samsung. Was this information helpful? | |||
