[Resolved] Samsung Home Appliances — no response from customer care since 5 days for free ac service under warranty period | |||||
I am continuously doing follow ups and complains to samsung toll free customer care since 6th march. I have purchased ac in last may and its is under waranty period. I had offered 3 free services but till date no service has been provided. Currently my ac is not giving cooing, so i had registered complaint with toll free customer service. Based on my continuous follow ups following is the plenty of complaint referance no. But no one is coming to repair the ac. Ref. No. Is 1. [protected] 2.[protected] 3.
