Samsung — hopeless service and agents in customer service are RUDE beyond point | |||
have purchased on 2nd April 48inch TV series 5570.TV went blank on 26th June.only voice is there and screen has turned black.called the service centre and they sent their engineer on 28th June.he said that the mother board and some IC has to be replaced.even the LP of the TV is weak and the engineer himself suggests that please take extended warranty or else you will have to bear heavy expanses later on. he did report to the company about the mother board but for LP they said they need to send senior technician to understand the problem about LP and they did not register that complain also.after 2 days on 4thJuly they send their engineer with the part after 2-3 days of following up with the service centre. now is the best part the company sends a faulty part and we are back to square one. today is 7th July and still the company has not taken any action against it. when we call the service centre people don't have the decency to talk also properly and their are RUDE. had spoken to Senior officicial on sunday 5th July names Robin and he promised that action will be taken by Monday 6th July but all in air. he never called and made false promises as well. I would request to the fellow consumers beware of Korean products and company like Samsung who treat us like piece of and want to make money on our economy. avoid them and ignore them.
