We bought a Samsung TV from your showroom in GST road, chromepet last year. Within a year it stopped working. We lodged a complaint and they said motherboard is gone and they will replace it within a week if we pay Rs. 7800. Then they said motherboard not available and we will issue a coupon and it has been a month till now no action has been taken by them to either repair or replace the TV. We have been making numerous calls and your staff are absolutely worthless. Are you selling all the faulty products to customers and making money out of this? How can a TV get spoilt in just one year?
Your service engineers are all useless and they absolutely have no idea of what they are doing. We need an immediate replacement of our TV or a voucher to replace it. We thought Samsung is a good product but we seriously regret buying this TV and getting into hell because of your stupid people who are irresponsible in even replacing it or setting it right.
We have been contacting Manickavelu service in charge in his cell [protected] who is absolutely worthless, Shubham Samsung sales rep Mani cell [protected] and boopathi service man cell [protected]. All these people are dodging and giving excuses with no service done or replacement done for TV. No voucher was also issued. We are running for more than a month to get this sorted with these service people. We are going to take it up with National Grievance Redressal commission to complain about this callous attitude of your company if we don’t hear within a day immediately.
