Samsung — Horrible Customer Service | |
I purchased a Samsung bluetooth headset and it was defective. I contacted customer service (spent over an hour on the phone) and they said if I returned the defective product they would send me a new one. After about a week I received the same product that I sent them. I contacted them again (spent over 4 hours on the phone, was disconnected several times) and told to do the same process. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have spent over 5 hours of my time trying to rectify a problem with a $14 product????
Samsung is unapologetic and the defective product still has not been replaced.
