I have purchased samsung split ac last year on 17 may 2017 as i had so much faith in samsung india services. My first ac service was done on 16 may 18 after repeated calls to samsung custmer care and assigned engineer. After first service, withing only 03 days my ac starting decooling and now it is totally giving air like cooler without water,,, than what is the use of ac. After this i called to samsung custmer care no.[protected] on 28 may 18 at 1506 hrs book a request for my ac with request no. [protected]. But engineer had visited my home for my ac after this call. I again called samsung custmer care on above mentioned number on 29 may 18 at 1926 hrs almost after 29 hours of first request. I spoke to mr rajnish, team leader home appliance department (As he told me) and he assures me that he will call me on 30 may 18 between 1000 hrs to 1100 hrs and arrange a engineer visit at my home only on 30 may 18 (Almost after 48 hours of my initial request. My grievance with samsung is that my request was not entertained even after 48 hours of my first request. After this all dramas, i again ranged up the samsung custmer care no and spoke to mr rajnish again on 30 may 18 at about 1330 hrs, then he told me that engineer already assigns for my work and he will visit my home today and after this i called samsung engineer mr anil and he told me that he will come only in the evening. I again ranged up samsung custmer care and spoke to mr monika, ms divya and mr vishavnath and ask them to transfer my call to mr rajnish as he knows all about my case but mr vishavnath tranaferred my call to ms neha supervisor (As she told me) but she spoke with my very rudly and told me that "agar humare engineer kisi aur ke ghar me lage huye h to aapke ghar me abhi kese aa sakte h". This is her statement even after of 48 hours of my initial request for samsung ac.
I want to complaint against mr rajnish, ms neha, mr vishvanath, ms divya, ms monika and samsung service centre rohtak branch. Was this information helpful? |
