Samsung — I am complaining about receiving a defective product | |||
I have bought a newly launched samsung a30 which was defective on arrival. Upon receiving the doa, my request for refund is ignored, rather i have been asked to get a replacement. Being a dissatisfied customer, i don't want to go for any samsung product after my bad experience. Hence requesting the ho department to initiate the refund process. I have been delayed for 4 days on this request since i bought this product. I believe there have been many models which got failed at the time of launch and a30 is one among them.
