Samsung — I am Complaining about Samsung Galaxy Book 5 pro

I have bought new Samsung Galaxy Book 5 pro on 10/6/2025 and as i started it i was getting blue screen error, i thought it was because of software error so i updated it and even after that it has not been solved i tried to reinstall windos but ther was no use so i have regestered my complain on 12/06/2025 and from then till today its 20/06/2025 i have not got any update about my complain or product my complain no is :- [protected]. i want replacement of my product
