Hi I am Amol Tak, I have purchased Air Conditioner (AC) of Samsung Company ( having Article Code[protected], Description no. SAMSUNG SAC 1.5T 3SINV AR18RV3HFWK), in the Month of April, 2019, from your outlet at "Amanora Mall", Pune. After purchase of the said AC, in few days, in digital display of the said AC their is technical defects. According, I had raised query to the SAMSUNG Customer Care. However, no satisfactory solution to the same received from SAMSUNG Technician Team and said issue is still is exist.
Therefore, I request you to replace the said AC with new one or refund my money which i have paid for purchase the said AC. Was this information helpful? |
