Samsung — Ice maker | |||
I have called several time to get the issue taken care of. A service man even was sent out to look at the ice maker. The issue is that when I put the icemaker on cube chips come out most of the time. The answer I got was that is the way it was made. It takes forever for me to get a full glass, even 1/2 of ice and as the ice is dispensing it is shooting out on to my floor. I called within the warranty time and was told that I would just have to deal with it because it was built that way. Sorry for a company to sell a bad product and then tell the consumer to just deal with it 1600.00 dollars later. I will NEVER again buy another Samsung product. I have tried to email them and the model I have is not even on their product list to choose from. What does that tell you. What else can I do. I am so disappointed Was this information helpful? | |||
