Samsung — IMEI numbers got null automatically

Sir, I purchased Samsung E1207 duos ( its basic phone) on 14/10/2013.. On October 19th phone not working automatically... when I approached Samsung service centre ( which is located at dilsukhnagar, hyderarabad.) They told that IMEI corrupted automatically... they charged 168/- rupees.. And they given same IMEI number (I.E. [protected] and [protected]) . Its basic which we can not use memory card nothing.. They are saying software problem.. Today I.E. 01st December 2014 onwards phone is not Working .. IMEI no showing zero... again they are saying again you have to pay ... kindly look into this matter and solve the issue... reg praveen kumar [protected]
