Samsung — Improper installation of samsung washing machine leading to damage no resolution provided

I purchased a Samsung washing machine (Model: WW80T504DAB/TL, Serial No: 050B5PBWC00149) on 16 Dec 2023. On 3rd August 2025, the machine stopped working. Samsung's technician found that the rat protection shutter — which should have been installed during installation — was left open, leading to rat infestation and internal damage.

This is a clear case of negligence during installation by Samsung’s technician. Despite raising a service request (No: [protected]) and escalation (No: [protected]), I’ve received no resolution for over two weeks. The only offer I’ve been given is a 25% discount on repairs, which is unacceptable given the issue was caused by Samsung’s service team.

Repeated promises of callbacks and updates from Samsung reps Mr. Anurag and Mr. Dillip were never fulfilled. I am now left without a working machine and no accountability from Samsung.

Resolution Requested:

Free repair of the washing machine or

Replacement if damage is beyond repair.
