This is with regards to Galaxy S22 Series pre book offer. I had purchased S22 Ultra on 22nd Feb 2022 during the Live pre-book event vide order # [protected].
The order was placed in exchange for S21 Ultra the value for which was listed as[protected]+8000 Exchange Bonus) on Samsung Shop App (Attachment 1).
However, post placing the order the exchange value was shown as INR 40320 (Attachment 2). I had raised a concern the same day and had received confirmation that the issue is being looked into vide ticket#[protected]Attachment 3).
Post which i had received an email on 26th March mentioning to visit Cashify.in to create a new Sell request, though the exchange price listed again on site was INR 44680 which is still lower than what was shown initially. (Attachment 4)
There have been multiple email exchanges and have narrated the concern numerous times to support teams and yet no response has been received on whats the correct exchange price.
The old phone has been collected on 12th March and exchange price received is 39530 from cashify
The exchange price is listed as INR 58930. (Attachment 5) as of 11th March and as of 12th March this was increased to 62990 including 8000 of exchange price
It's clear that samsung is showing an incorrect exchange price to its customers with not providing a fair price for it's product and not providing the exchange price it had committed prebooking Was this information helpful? |
