[Resolved] Samsung — Incorrect information provided by employees | |
Hi,
I had visited Samsung service centres in Mehdipatnam for replacement of my charger USB, they routed me to some Samsung cafe, with incorrect information and the sales person at Samsung Cafe informed me that, they just sell products and wont replace them.
Issue 1 : First of all the Mehdipatnam Samsung service centre, doesn't have stock of any thing. (charger, usb, sim tray), they tell the customers to come after 6-10 days and its the same repeated reply people receive every time they visit the store,
Issue 2: Incorrect information/not providing proper information to customers
I request the team to please act on it. I have been facing issues when contacting the Samsung service centres. Was this information helpful? | |
