Concern team Samsung.
I am writing to complain about Samsung product, I purchased from Samsung online from samsung e shop on 18 feb 2022.
The product (LED) I ordered was found faulty & identified by the installation person (Ofcourse from Samsung) on 26 Feb 2022 as the courier received on 25.02.2022
Here, it is big disappointment from Samsung that it’s now almost 1 month over & till now I didn’t get resolution of this purchase.
I lost/waste my full amount of purchase on Samsung.as I am taken a EMI option from AMEX Card and 1st EMI was already debited from my account credit card account on 10.03.2022
Now here please notice it, that am not going to wait further, either refund full amount charged by Samsung or give replacement of right product which was ordered through order No [protected] & so.
If I didn’t get solution with in couple of days, in that case am bound to file legal action against Samsung for this concern. Was this information helpful? |
