Samsung — Incorrect part or technical issue from samsung service center | |||
My Samsung refrigerator was not working, technician came and changed a part (a coil). He took service and part charges as my product was out of warranty. For next 3 days no one was at home, we came back and saw the fridge was not working, again we called to the technician and he said compressor got burst. As per technician and Samsung the coil which was changed should work as fuse, which means if there was any voltage issue then the coil should be burst not the compressor. Due to incorrect part or the technician loose some wire (by mistake) my compressor got burst. Now Samsung is denying to pay for compressor and I had to purchase new fridge (which was not affordable to my pocket as my fridge was in excellent condition). I only request you to please ask them to reimburse the total amount of my new fridge which I purchased due to carelessness of Samsung. Was this information helpful? | |||
