Sir i had purchased the above subjected appliance in 2012. Fan of the said appliance is not functioning. Engineer asked me that mortar of the said appliance has been damaged which will be replaced by issuing a new mortar by samsung co. May pl. Arrange the said and direct the engineer concerned to replace the said on priority
