Hi,
I bought a samsung double door refrigerator model no rt34m5518s8 321 ltr on[protected]
On 26th nov it stopped cooling and made a loud sound and was smelling in the ice maker compartment.
Raised a complaint on 27nov and waited for the engineer to arrive with no luck. After several follow ups one came on 29th and checked and told that the compressor was not running and will be replaced.
Another engineer came on 30 nov with the compressor and started to change it but found something strange and opened the fridger compartment and found there was internal leakage due to which moisture was going to the compressor and made it stop working.
He made videos and sent to his senior and called and informed that there was some issue and will need to check and will take 6-7 hours as it leaking internally. I was looking at all this standing beside him.
That’s when i could make out looking at the condition that there was manufacturing defect and i can not allow you to tear it down and repair and hand it over to me anyhow.
I have spent my hard earned money on this and wanted it to last atleast 5-10 years but it seems that a refurbished product been handed over to me because within 2-3 months it broke with major faults. Since then its been more than a week now and i have just to call you multiple times and listen to rude answers and a big no from your officials.
I am stressed and anxious too, i have never been so stressed because of such issues which you all have put me into. I feel

I have a simple request that you get me a replacement refrigerator or else you can get the product back and do whatever you want to do. I am going to do whatever i can to make people aware about this. I will make consumers complaints and will
Post it on social media too. I know it won’t do any problems to you because samsung doesn’t care about their customers. All i wanted was a fix but a new refrigerator have such major faults hence, i am unable to accept repair and will request for a replacement.
I cannot get the fridge repaired every other day and when the warranty is over you are not going to help and will have to pay same like a new refrigerator. It is a complete new refrigerator and will only request a replacement.
